Monitoring Center Operator (Current Employee) –  Anaheim, CAMarch 30, 2019
Doesn't work well with hours and very unorganized as a whole. Not very understanding when it comes to accommodating to employees needs. Lots of people call out on a regular basis so shifts are usually short staffed.

Receptionist (Current Employee) –  Greenville, SCMarch 8, 2019
Too much of a workload and high turnover rate. Management shows favoritism. Having to see people go to jail and having to answer phones all day as an AA.
Pros
8 to 5 schedule

Case manager (Former Employee) –  SC greenvillMarch 1, 2019
Please just use this job as getting experience for case mangement. There traing sucks. And then hoh will get criticized for not knowing something. Some of the workers are cruel and harsh to clients. The mangement will preach about team work. But will throw you up under the bus in a second be cautious of when you go. And the benefits are extremely high. Proceed with caution

Difficult Place to Work if Working Remotely
Kansas DOC Program Manager (Former Employee) –  Irvine, CAJuly 31, 2018
I had little to no interaction with the corporate office. I had no idea what the company was doing from a big picture standpoint. Felt very isolated in my position. Rarely, if ever felt appreciated for my good work. The manager who hired me and I was first assigned to was very good. When he changed positions the next manager I was assigned to was terrible. Had no business managing others.
Pros
None
Cons
Low salary, very little reimbursement for using your own vehicle, no recognition for hard work and doing a good job.

Probation Officer I (Former Employee) –  Atlanta, GAApril 3, 2018
Overall I learned a lot from this job. Time management, customer service and a lot of useful workplace skills. However, the job description constantly changes and the pay stays the same.

Accounts Receivable Specialist (Former Employee) –  Irvine, CAMarch 2, 2018
Overall, not a bad place to work. Due to economic changes and management realignment there seems to be more uncertainty and confusion that normal, but hopefully they will even out once the sale of the company is completed.
Pros
Managment understands that family is important
Cons
lack of training & communication

The pay wasn't the best but it was a job to introduce you to the legal world. It was very cut throat and the benefits were terrible. The hours were long

Poor Management
Technician (Current Employee) –  Irvine, CA 92618December 5, 2017
Responsibility trickles down daily, leaving low level employees trying to run the procedures because managers simply delegate decision making. You will not be compensated for this extra work either. You have the potential even with being a 15 year employee to be fired at the drop of a hat.
Pros
Nice Workers
Cons
Poor managment

Not worth the Stress
Probation Officer (Current Employee) –  Valdosta, GANovember 2, 2017
The job is not worth the money. The caseloads they give is basically impossible to manage per P.O.
Strict deadlines. The work does not stay at work and starts to affect family life.

Good People, CEO is not good
Strategic Account Manager (Former Employee) –  Irvine, CAOctober 10, 2017
This company has good people at the middle and some upper management. The main issue is the CEO and Vice President, they do not value employees and keep most of the profit for themselves.
Pros
Good People Work There
Cons
Horrible Upper Management
