Responsibility trickles down daily, leaving low level employees trying to run the procedures because managers simply delegate decision making. You will not be compensated for this extra work either. You have the potential even with being a 15 year employee to be fired at the drop of a hat.

Doesn't work well with hours and very unorganized as a whole. Not very understanding when it comes to accommodating to employees needs. Lots of people call out on a regular basis so shifts are usually short staffed.

Too much of a workload and high turnover rate. Management shows favoritism. Having to see people go to jail and having to answer phones all day as an AA.
