No they do not offer commission for sales. Sephora does not want there employees to JUST focus on sales. I mean of course you want to sale but sephora believes that if they were to offer commission then employees will try to get competitive when in all honesty our main focus needs to be on our clients. but you do get BONUS as long as the entire team makes there goal so thats a plus and as long as you are transitioning your clients to the different worlds and use a correct sales process as well as you educate your client. remember you want them to come back and continue to be a loyal client with Sephora through Beauty Insider.
No you just get a bonus if the goals were met for that quarter
