Management cares about customer service, but not employees who provide the service. Take care of your employees who serve your clients!! Unhappy employees.

It is difficult to mpossible to work for Sequoia, it starts out nice then office politics and misrepresented goals (at hiring, and in company statement) eventually you either leave usually abruptly or are thrown under the bus for reasons not fully communicatedIn addition Supervisors can be inappropriate to their positions due to lack of temperment or abilities leading teams.

the pay is okay, overtime is usually available. The benefits are good and there's a lot of downtime on this end. PTO stacks up quick. You do have to be able to handle unwell clients screaming at you semi regularly though

Prioritizes work life balance for their employees. Supportive and offers employees EAP. Gives plenty of PTO.
