Typical day on job. Serco could be a nice place to work if management wasn't so bad. They treat you like a child one snack one drink and no paper, phones on floor and really don't like for you to have any time off

Serco, NA supports many U.S. government projects by supplying strategic analysis, IT solutions and training. The teams are highly experienced, competent and there are strong emphases on collaboration and customer service in the culture. Simply put, Serco creates good solutions to difficult problems, and the folks that work there are competent, responsible and highly professional.
General Clerk III (Current Employee) – Wentzville, MO – February 6, 2018
Liked working for Serco because the pay is pretty good and had decent benefits. Work was easy and laid back. There are minimum standards they require for productivity but they are easy to reach and the company gives frequent feedback on performance. Unfortunately due to nature of work job is not very secure.
Eligibility Support Worker (Current Employee) – Wentzville, MO – February 5, 2018
Analyzing data and entering it in to applications. Determining if documents were able to resolve inconsistences and sending resolve or insufficient notices. Calling consumers to let them know which documents were required to help solve the issues and help get them approved for health insurance benefits. Always making sure to keep up on the updates and they came in on several different tasks. Hardest part was all the changes made to our directions because they were always changing. Most enjoyable was helping the consumers keep their health care. Management were very nice to work with.
Health insurance and great pay. And the knowledge I learnt to take to another job.
