The pace here is all over the place because of the nature of the work. One day the pace can be really relaxed and slow and other days the work is super fast paced and hectic. Everyday is a new adventure.

Raise the pay, take into consideration people have other jobs when it comes to all those trainings, consider releasing client's to the appropriate level of care when they are NO LONGER CILA CLIENT'S. Get some new House Manager's with more professionalism and better attitudes. Some of the upper management staff could improve also ( Not all are bad but those few make it worse for the good ones in the company). As CEO make yourself known unto new employees and Residential sites to know what's going on from day to day, listen to the concerns of staff member's/ Client's working in the homes/ living in the homes, Day staff could pay more attention to client's that elope from the building oppose to passing the buck or sitting behind a desk all day when the client is outside in serious danager. Better incentives to keep your quality worker's that have been with the company for year's,
