For our technicians, that answer depends largely on the season. This is a full time position, with the opportunity for overtime. When the weather is more extreme, technicians may work overtime serving the needs of our clients, and ensuring their home comfort systems are running. Our installation technicians are done when their installation job is completed, again, with some jobs requiring longer hours to finish.

Service Champions understands candidates time is valuable. After an initial phone conversation regarding the position, candidates are invited to an initial Skype interview. Once this step is complete, candidates are asked to arrange references calls, followed by an in- person interview with the hiring managers and the People Department Manager or President. This process can usually take between 1 to 2 weeks for completion.
