100% commission unless you are in salary position- if you have slow week you get paid min wage but have to pay it back - - only way to make money is volume - or if you are salaried!!!

The bonus for hitting pacesetter and 120% of pacesetter went up. Not all locations have the same pay plan though. The old one is challenging to audit or ensure your check is right.
