Get back to basics and stop adding SOP to an already SOP saturated model. Start to transition away from Insurance Company DRP programs. Offer longevity & other incentive based bonuses to the techicians. Also a Christmas bonus or something during the holidays. Out in the shop, you don't get anything and then middle & upper management go to huge luxurious leadership conferences each year that has to cost a million dollars for flights, hotel, conference hall, food, and key note speakers..... they forget who actually generates the revenue and who actually has the skills to fix cars
