I have been a part of this company for almost 4 years. They have helped me grow in areas I never thought I could in a job, both professionally and personally. I love that the people I work with have become family and truly care about one another and what we do here.
Office Support in Joplin, MO
on October 3, 2022
To many meetings in a day that go over basically the same thing everytime. Could just be told in a overall group email. You just shouldn't expect to get anything done in the morning time except meetings. The owner expects you to read whatever book he feels will help you succeed on your personal time then every monday join book study on your unpaid lunch to answer how said book will help you succeed. To many jobs given to one person at a time.
Constantly changing in Joplin, MO

Don't give your pay raises after they say you earn them. Constantly move you around to different jobs before you can fully learn and get good at a certain job. Pay all office staff below avg wages for the jobs they are performing, especially since the load everyone down with 2 to 3 job positions then don't pay extra or overtime and don't give you extra time to get the extra work done in. They hand you a disaster of a position or dept that they expect you to line out and fix but they are unrealistic wanting it done in the blink of an eye instead of 6 months to A year that it would take without getting extra help to do it or them allow you extra time to work on it. Constantly moves unqualified people to positions they have no business being in then won't let them go back to the lesser position when they are over whelmed and that all happens in the 1st 30 days so people get overwhelmed and quit or they get fired because they get forced to work in a position they can't handle. They offer no benefits. When you get hurt they talk you into not filing a claim. With them it is always someone else's fault not theirs. The trucks won't pass DOT inspections. Labors are the best paid but still not appreciated. Don't work at this company unless you are a laborer.
