Relxed, productive, comfortable workplace
A typical day for a dispatcher includes Answering phone calls from customers, data entry of emailed and phone call info related to jobs. Numerous managers in various roles and departments are constantly present.Workplace culture is friendly and relaxed most days.Hardest part of the job is that the more productive you are the more responsibilities you are given, your salary does not reflect this.The most enjoyable part of my job are my co-workers..great working relationships.

If your in, your in. Can get thrown under the bus really. Not much pay for this area yet the company makes good, reliable revenue and profit. There are two groups in this company and if your in "the good one" its great.

Start time is at 7:30 am dispatch has misc maintenance jobs thru out the bay area with 30 min lunch break, learned to work with different personalities.Hardest part of job is working with protroleum and enjoyed working with co workers.
