Lack of appropriate training, and little communication between your role and upper management. Management makes assumptions without understanding all variables. Also, Expectations of the positions aren't clearly outlined. Need to be more defined to achieve a level of success.

I have not been with the company very long, but it is easily the best place I have ever worked. Everyone is welcoming in inviting! A true team! And best benefits!
Customer Service Representative in New York, NY

I regret the way I neglected this opportunity. Service Channel is a great company. My complaint is that the training environment is way too relaxed and it can set up the wrong expectations for worth ethic required to meet the criteria. Personally, It got very depressing not having any separation from work and home. There were also issues with communication between my manager and I that led to my resignation. Great job if you are someone with extreme self discipline and already established work ethic.

Development Manager in New York, NY

The product has a ton of history of changes on top of changes and some of them not successfully implemented it also requires deep knowledge on what the product does and how this is not easy knowledge to get since while is a simple business space the details are a bit intricate. The Company Has been under a transformation and with this has been a lot of new people at the decision level joining taking decisions left and right with no idea on what is going on and to make it worst these people tend to be the kind of people that are not willing to invest in learning from the past; alienating those that have been there for a while pushing them out creating more knowledge vacuum
