Micro Management

Indeed Featured review

Overwork employees and very critical of team members and not very positive atmosphere. I was a supervisor and tried to keep my team pumped up but management only focused on what my team was doing wrong, not what they were doing right.

Poor management

They are extremely unprofessional, vindictive, the initiators of office politics and create hostile work enviorments. They encourage their less productive workers to harass their more productive workers. They are very intimidated by those who are more knowledgeable than them who are in lower positions than they are. They know those people have the potential to go a lot further in the company and they pull out all the stops to keep that from happening. They like to keep people around who are less knowledgeable than them, brown nose and have no ethics or morals. As long as those people are around, they know that there positions are safe. Whereas someone whose a strong performer, knowledgeable and is able to do their job well with integrity, they try to get rid of and are very successful at doing it

A Day in the Life of a Foreclosure Specialist 2nd QC

Overall I most enjoy having capabilities to work remote with dual monitors to view multiple applications and docs but teamwork & communicating is key.

Pros

Opportunity to work without being micro-managed

Cons

Not always able to contact management right away when issues arise.

Would only recommend working here if you really need a job

Management only concerned with servicing more loans rather than focusing on employees and the quality of work produced. Lots of work for low compensation. Dead end job, knowledgeable employees with tenure usually leave due to lack of advancement opportunities.

Pros

casual dress code

Growth

Never a dull moment. With growth came a lot of change for the better. Management developed a wellness program, extensive training and open communication amongst upper management and the rest of the company by way of quarterly town hall meeting.

Productive place to work

no room for advancement within Loss Mitigation department. Once you are in that department it is hard to move up. Company has not grown to the point where more management team is required.

Great place to learn

I like how Service Link always had classes available to better yourself. Management was lacking but the co-workers are great

Very exciting and challenging place to work.

This year I faced a unique challenge, a change in management. With this change came a total rebuild of fundamental thinking as well as a transformation to my positional approach. My attempt was to be a significant asset to my team and company. The new communication style wasn’t difficult to adapt to as core company values remained the same. This year was mostly spent focusing on the establishment of the proper protocol and procedures. Great ground work was instituted, and with ever changing landscape a strong keystone was ascertained. The key phrase of the year was “adaptation of flexibility”.

Pros

under limited supervision.

Cons

distance from home.
