I would pay the people that clean the schools more money cause the amount that their payed is not enough to survive off of it to much to be done in a day's time for the small amount of money that's payed but i see everyone commenting is not from Memphis and doesn't work for the same facility here in Memphis on Mendenhall Ave. But it's a nice job just need more benefits and money!

I would make sure that people would get paid according to the difficulty of the job they completed that day.
example: If someone has to tear out a carpet and fix mold damage I would pay them more since that job was much more labor overall in comparison to if someone was just doing a simple maid service that same day.

Fire the ones that consistently get complaints and don't work. Then I Would make sure everyone was aware of the companies policies and procedures id take the initiative to make everyone a copy of the handbook and make sure they know if they have any concerns or questions that I would be sure to answer them honestly and to the best of my abilities. Also, i would make sure to enforce every rule in the handbook. In addition, i would also ask for any feedback or suggestions to help things run smoother, And also have a secure form of communication with not only my employees but also my supervisor to stay on top of things. Also, I'd do daily inspections of all areas and if a complaint is filed in an area I would personally see to it that it is taken care of and the customer is happy with the results given.
