2 phone interviews with in-house recruiter, 1 for quick intro, the 2nd for detailed questions to test my basics.
1 phone interview with the big boss... director and a senior person. 45 min?
Then 2 hr onsite interview with:
2 managers, and 4 senior people broken out as such: 30 min each manager, 1.5 hours with 4 senior members as a panel.
Interview was tough but not a 'ha, i gotcha!' style. study up. be confident. know your stuff, but especially know your resume and the job role you are applying to.
2 or 3 rounds with design assignment and presentation
The interview process is quite slow and lengthy. Took over 2 months from beginning to end which resulting in a contract position rather than FTE which was disappointing as I interviewed with 9 people.
