There are lot of good things about the company especially at the executive leadership level. However, when it comes to the lower level management (Director and above) it is becoming so political and toxic.

I loved working at ServiceNow, but once they started to hire Dell EMC employees it became a boys club and the culture changed. The compensation is great, but it isn't worth going through the super passive aggressive tone this company puts out.

This company sets great goals and loves to celebrate them.

If it wasn't for the terrible sales managers and the culture they brought in, I would still be working there.

Outstanding product. Very fast paced and exciting time to be in the company. Leadership has good vision and is providing good direction.
Growing pains impacting overall company culture. A number of top management are external hires so the culture is not well defined. Still evolving.
Work-life balance may be as issue because of the rapid pace.

Work Hard seven by twenty four seven days a week. its nothing to be asked while you are out in the evening to drop what you are doing, get to an internet connection and join a call then be assigned work to be completed in a few hours to advance some RFP bid received earlier in the day.

Excellent salary & benefits. Not much collaboration among teams. Overall a great organization to work for, except there is not much job security. It's a regular practice to "escort out" employees on Friday. i feel the organization needs to address this recent trend among certain leaders to terminate higher paid employees..

Too bad my friend turned out to be not a friend and he fired me because I dated his prior girlfriend.

Then he told the team they could go to Florida or leave. Only one went to Florida.

If you get a great manager- it can be good.

If you get a poor manager- your life can be horrible.

I worked on a short term contract at ServiceNow and was given no training. The environment was unsupportive and highly stressful. I would not recommend working here.
