Five sick days per year if I'm not mistaken. They advertise it as something like 13 or 15 days but the majority are actually short term disability or it's equivalent and the rules for accessing those days outside of being hospitalized seemed vague to the point that you could ask two people in HR the same question about them and get two different answers.
