What are people saying about the leadership at SESAC?
Has potential but employees are not cared for enough

Lack of communication between departments, upper management does not show any appreciation to employees othr than tow bonuses a year. Pretty sure the employee retention rate is pretty low. Probably hovering around the 50%-60%. Seems like there are new faces every other week that last about six to eight months.
