The interview process depends on what the position is for. If you want to be a service cashier, you'll interview with the cashier manager and service manager. If you want to be in sales, you'll interview with the sales director and GM. You have to take a personality test called the Trego. Takes a few hours.

Yes it is, the management is horrible, they treat their employers like trash that's why everybody from the car was leaves. No one stays with the company for too long bc they know they deserve better.
