Long term job role

The work was a bit demanding in the beginning but everyone is so knowledgeable and helpful. The company provided a lot of one on one job training. A lot of my employees have only worked at this company as their first and only position. If I were offered a position at this company, I would take it without hesitation

Swiss owned and ran. Upper management is swiss and believe they are better than everyone else

I wouldn't recommend this company unless you are having difficulty finding a job. Upper management is extremely arrogant and do not know how to treat people.

It's a good place to work..

It's a job that you can have respect for. They treat you right and the pay is great. It's a very oily job, as you're up to your elbows in oil half the time. Sometimes frustrating when you try to fix machines. I think the training could be better.

Stepping stone

Clean environment. That's all the nice things I can think of. It's a great place if you need a stepping stone between your current job and what you're looking for. Don't get comfortable or you will be miserable. No money for wages. However, there is tons of money for nonsensical building "upgrades".

The company is flexible with work hours for the most part.

There are allot of nice people that work at sfs. Most people go to work and do a good days work and have pride in the job they do. Some management personal will work side by side with their team and others sit in an office that is set up like a break room with ac and will not venture out.
