Had really great experience with the management. They really care for their employees. Will work with your schedule and needs. Great opportunities to learn and be better.
Pros
Food discounts, good pay

Awful management, no breaks
Crew Member (Former Employee) –  Burbank, CAJuly 19, 2019
No breaks after working 10 hour shifts 6 days a week. Left work exhausted and came bacm the same. Management never listened or helped. No free drinks. Other locations are a lot better. I recommend century city shake shack the most.

Terrible place to work. If you are not one of the favorite forget it. Managers pick friends they get the best treatment
Line Cook and kitchen staff (Former Employee) –  Baltimore, MDJuly 18, 2019
Not a good place to work they have clicks. Only friends of managers get promoted. I would not tell anyone to apply for a job there. Now they hire young people who are lazy . the pay is not good
Pros
Training and the food is good
Cons
Not friendly team. Not enough hours
