Competitive atmosphere where colleagues talked behind your back and used you for personal and professional gain. Students were not always put first. The Shaker Brand was put first: everything needed to look good superficially to appease parents (who incidentally had way too much say and power in how things were handled). For example, the textbooks were 14 years old, and no longer factually valid, and teachers were asked to spend their precious planning time looking over curriculum again and again but it was never ordered.

The school is very productive and the work place is very fun and fast pace the longer you work there the less time it takes to prepare the childrens order. Bacuse in no time your recognizing the childs face and name and already know what their going to order.

Good place to work but they gossip like you wouldn’t believe in that joint. And don’t ever work in Security you have a manager over the district that does not have a dammm clue what he’s doing. Completely incompetent and is not for his employees The guy is quick to blame you for mistakes, but rarely express gratitude when you succeed. The guy is a micromanager. He also has his favorites

The manager gives you a job to do for the day. There will be no problems as long as you complete the job before the end of the work day. The task aren’t impossible you just have to stay focused.
