Get to know all your employees. Don't favor only those that have been there longer. If it's hard to keep workers maybe you need to look into why that is. More then likely it's those that have been there longer that are the ones that are causing the problems.

I did not get vacation did not work there that long and was hired part time and always had full time plus over time hours on every check and low pay so I could not get my benefit's that I should have gotten for the hours I had worked

You apply online. Starting pay is not fair. I started out at 8.00/hour and had been working there month's. They then hired a new person that I trained myself and learned later on they had started her out at 10.00/hour. Doing the same work as I was.
