Management is so afraid of termination they cant's do a proper job.

The management team at Shamir is so afraid of loosing their job they do not advance the Companies worth to their labs or the customer (Dr.) Shamir could be the most technically advanced product if only their partner company would allow. Most accounts or consumer would not recommend or ask for product. This could be changed with positioning of Shamir product as the future of progressives as their technology grows. It's a shame.
Never took lead in Industry when they certainly could have.

It's a small company so structure and roles are very flexible. Co-workers are the best part of the job. Management style is inconsistent; things are often changing on a whim. Little room for advancement on a career path past one level up; benefits and perks are readily given out; learning is based on the individual, often there isn't someone else available to teach you more; and compensation is below industry standard.
