Hello! Thank you for reaching out. We do guarantee hours for the RBT role. We guarantee 30-hours of pay per week. RBTs are also considered full-time employees and are able to take advantage of our awesome benefit package!
No. They changed policy on guaranteed hours. If you start off as BT you better find second and job as they might give you 10 h a week if you are lucky. As you make RBT and God forbid you have urgent situation they will not give you full 30 if you call out even 1 day during the week.
