Health Insurance Only for full time jobs or part-time (depends on the type of job). Per-Diem don't have any health insurance or PTO.

Have or actually enforce a nepotism policy. Mother should not supervise son. Relatives should not be hired by relatives too work in the same department. Attendance would be stressed, the ILV nonsense would stop just as unjustified disability claims are exposed as fraud by investigation.
