Local Gov't at its worst

Middle management focuses on nit picky things and not the important things. The leadership does not lead by example, they allow supervisors to alienate staff and disrespect their staff constantly. Sexual harassment is ignored and perpetrators are in positions of power. Such a backwards place.

This is not an easy job. It takes a lot of multitasking and patience. The hardest part was being able to work/communicate with people when discussing their finances.
