They don't care about the people just numbers.Got displaced and had to go to a different town so having to commute which cost me money in gas and had to take a less paying job.

Recession 2007. Took away my 2 weeks vacation I had coming to me. Lied about my severance package. was supposed to get 7 weeks pay for my 2 years as a HSTM position ended up getting three weeks. Drop my insurance took my Savex number, told me to mail my laptop, and I felt like I was just dumped in the trash. That was it. Human resources was horrible in the end and was devastated after being salesman of the year 2006 and profit-and-loss salesman of the Year 2006. 16 hour days, 400 miles a day which I can't complain I received $0.58 a mile tax free. Saved every penny of it. They really don't care about you, my regional manager was an idiot that they ended up firing too because of several harassment complaints filed to Human Services. MyTeam what a joke, there was no team my immediate boss who is trying to become an RM ended up getting screwed after he screwed me. I would never work for that company ever again. Besides once you work for Shaw as a mil rep you never do again. They blackballed you. Hope Warren Buffett is proud of himself. The Oracle of Wall Street. LOL he doesn't care who he destroys and how many in the family are destroyed when you lose your job nor do corporate CEO, president, senior vice presidents, manager's. Warren Buffett got rich in stock and dividends for shareholders not for the hard-working people that he had his management chop the heads off of. Hope the place Burns to the ground.

Was lead to believe they had a ZERO TOLERANCE policy. (Apparently HAZING does not fall under Zero Tolerance)

Horrible staff. Especially final process 2nd shift. I was denied my next level for management hidden agendas. Management was very disrespectful I just walked out. Good job but horrible people.
