Not fair that I have to work every single weekend with my set schedule both Saturday and Sunday when other people that have a set schedule can have every single Saturday or Sunday off. Not fair!!!’
Working past availability and unable to maintain a proper sleep schedule. Part time hours don't provide enough to live on.
You can be scheduled 4 hours upto 9 hours a day. Weekends off forget it. Sometimes 1 day off a weekend per month. Alot of times scheduled past your availability but its up to you to find coverage thats past your stated availability. Dont plan on every other weekend off, its almost likely it will not happen.
If scheduled for an 8 hour shift, you may or may not get off when intended too. Call offs and simply being too busy lead to 10 to sometimes 15 hour days.

There were times when I was scheduled 3 different shifts all in one weeks time! 1st 2nd and third!!! Makes for a rough sleep pattern!!!
Hours arent convenient for daily life unless on first shift
They did not give me enough hours working there. About 12-15 a week
Normally 8 hour shifts most common are 6am-2pm 2pm-10pm 10pm-6am
