  • I applied for the #330 whitehall location. Midnight shift is short staffed and are stressed out. Refrigerators are not working... All drinks are warm... Many shelves need facing and nothing is stocked... A lot of damaged products on the shelfs need to be damaged out and processed. Overall the store needs to be restocked.... Faced up and cleaned down. The kitchen floor needs cleaning along with the counter ive already seen...
    My suggestion...

Create a simple 3 day program for saftey and basics upon hire...

Increase productivity by HIRING staff .... Floor and stock operations...kitchen and checkout... Everyone trained on point of sale system....

STOP LETTING NO SHOWS SHOW UP LATER ON .....keep 25-50 applications on hold and create a productive staff.... Consistency is such a big factor..

  • Sheetz is already a great place to work.

  • Hold everyone to the company standards, not just the select few willing to work. Every employee I have worked with is a good and genuinely nice person, but some are given far too many chances and still don't live up to expectations.
