It's okay

Made some good friends when I worked there. Really good coffee beans. Often short staffed. Lots of no call no shows. Sometimes not enough hours. Sometimes lots of drama.

staff was always very friendly
very helpful if you have any questions about the menu or the store itself
Manager at the east longmeadow store is a great/kind person, always helped her staff out as best as she could
hardest part of the job was dealing with troubled customers
the most enjoyable part was working with such great people and having amazing regulars who were always so friendly to the staff
i learned so much there and came out of my shell from working with these incredible people

Typically an employee will provide customer service on register and prepare drinks and sandwiches to order. Management is friendly. During drink and sandwich rushes, employees may sometimes get overwhelmed. Most of the employees are great to work with, with few negative exceptions.

Fast paced, restaurant work. Great place for students. Decent hours and somewhat decent pay. Not a long term job for the average person though. Training needs serious improvement.
