30 to 90 days. They hire a lot of college grads straight out of school. A lot of college recruitment goes on so if you are a soon to be college graduate. Look into where they are holding recruiting events!!

The vacation policy and average weeks you get is dependent on how long you've been in your profession, not how long you've been with Shell. I've been in my profession for over 20 years. I have 5 weeks vacation.
