30-60 days of turnaround. At least 3 candidates must go almost all the way through the interview and vetting process before a decision can be made. You will most likely meet with the "gatekeeper" to thin out the applicants. Then you will meet with the hiring manager to ensure you are a good fit. Then you will meet with direct colleagues. Sometimes you will meet with "dotted-line" managers as well.
