I think it probably varies among departments/managers. My manager is great and values work/life balance, so he never expects me to work more than 40 hrs a week, although sometimes I do for the overtime or just because I'm busy.

Once a year. For a company this size creating the profit it does, salaries and raises are extremely low. If you are a favorite regardless of your work quality, you will be quickly promoted and the pay and raises get better.

As far as I know there are only two centers: Greenville, SC and Houston, TX. There is not a contact center in Charlotte, NC.
