CDL Class B Driver (Former Employee) - Laurel, MD - August 7, 2019
The worst company to work for ever. The fleet of trucks are extremely old, dirty, hazardous to drive, puts your CDL license in jeopardy with DOT. The company does know how to route deliveries. The fleet trucks don't all have heat and air conditioning. You're are given more than 15 routes a day. The management is not appreciative of the drivers and have stone age ideas.
Low wages, unsafe fleet, management has unprofessional attitude, trucks are dirty, combative work conditions, truck drivers are not appreciated, no uniforms provided, maintenance is not kept on fleet and is dangerous
When I first started working there it was great we all communicated and worked together , then new management come in and everything went down hill from there. Little communication between management and there workers . It became a very stressful place to the point that the pay was not worth the stressful environment I had to work in.
