During my experience of going through the Interview process, was not limited to just one particular individual. I was Interviewed by 5 people. The process from what I understood was to assure and reassure then finally confirmation that you are a good fit for that particular position. The questioning were pretty basic and standardized questions, no hidden surprises.

2. Interview by Account/HR.
3. Interview by General Manager.
4. Interview by Regional Vice President of Operations.
5. Interview by Corporate Human Resource Director.
Once you get passed the Interview process, they confirm if you agree to a Back-ground check, Then a drug urinalyses testing conducted at a local clinic.
Finally, an <Offer Letter>That stipulates the guidelines for agreed upon, Salary, 401-K, Insurance etc, etc...
