Management. They've been cutting back benefits for all employees crowing about cutting costs, but they've also been publicizing a multi-billion dollar acquirement of Valspar coatings. They also recently brought in an executive who thinks that it's appropriate to treat grown adult employees like children who've spilled juice on the carpet. He stayed at one of our nearby stores for over an hour yelling about a water bottle sitting on the sale's counter hidden from view.

At headquarters in Cleveland, the hours were 8-5 with very few weekends worked and half days before every holiday. At the plants, it was nearly 70 hours a week on a regular basis and worked just about every weekend and most holidays, though flex days were offered for holidays. The only benefit to working at plants was that I could come in late/leave early for doctor appointments, family commitments, etc. without being docked vacation hours due to the fact that we worked so much anyway.

They will not hire anyone with a felony, or anyone with a misdemeanor. They do a 7 year background check, search court records your divers licience your social security number and verify education.

The uniform policy technically says that no "extreme or offensive" hair or tattoos, left to the discretion of the district manager what is deemed extreme or offensive.
