O well that's good!
It was a quick process. In-person interview with HR, in-person interview with the hiring manager (Supervisor) the next day, and in-person interview with the department manager and a Director a few days later. All in all, from the time I was asked to interview to the time I accepted an offer, it was less than 2 weeks.
I went through 4 interviews for the management/sales trainee program. 1. Phone interview with HR 2. Store visit interview 3. With the city manager 4. With the district manager
It depends on how fast the process of working permit. it will take time processing documents.
Got an interview a few days after applying. It took about two weeks to hear from them and had a second interview and was offered a job two days later.
It took me about 3 weeks from start to finish back in 2007 for my first position, once youre in it moves a lot faster.
