SHI will never tell you to work more than 8 hours but they sure do silently guilt you for leaving “ on time”. 7-4 becomes 7-7 very quick. They have zero respect for work life balance.

I was called by the HR dept after I had applied online. The HR rep pretty much told me all about the position that I applied, the hours, pay, perks, etc. He then set up an in person interview with one of the supervisors. On the day of my interview, 4 supervisors interviewed me at the same time. It was a bit daunting to have 4 people interview me but they were all nice and asked very standard interview questions.

Unsustainable. They expect you to be everything to everyone and wear so many hats. It’s daunting. You’re constantly in meetings and when you do have time to attend to customers, you have no time left in the day, which means you work overtime with no extra pay.
