SHI will never tell you to work more than 8 hours but they sure do silently guilt you for leaving “ on time”. 7-4 becomes 7-7 very quick. They have zero respect for work life balance.

Unsustainable. They expect you to be everything to everyone and wear so many hats. It’s daunting. You’re constantly in meetings and when you do have time to attend to customers, you have no time left in the day, which means you work overtime with no extra pay.

There used to be a work from home day once a week for Senior reps. This was taken away. That was a big step back in terms of morale for a lot of reps. There became little to aspire for outside of money.
