Very toxic workplace

This place has a severe lack of boundaries, a lot of drama, and management that is actively against their bottomline. Favoritism is a common theme, especially if you're "one of the boys." Light but fast paced assembly in a very clean facility

Monday - Thursday - 4 10 hour days, it is so great having 3 day weekends. There is typically overtime available on Fridays if you want but rarely mandatory. The management is great, they are not afraid to get their hands dirty and will help with whatever is needed.

Different people give different instructions. They move you around so you don't have time to get good at anything. Not organized. Supervisors not helpful.
