With this company, you can travel across the country working and enjoying different sceneries. Or you can stay close to home to work and enjoy coming home after work every day. You control your schedule, shifts, and pay you want. You can take time off without asking for it by not picking up any shifts on the app. While on vacation, you can check the app for shifts in that area if you want to pick any up while you're there. The bottom line is you're in control of your work schedule and life.

Easy application process

I like the company but I don’t like how you have to bid on shifts then it’ll show pending for days until the facility chooses you or not. Then you’re waiting for approval just for them to say that they have someone. What a waste of my time! I could’ve worked at other places. I’ve been with the company since December 2021 and have only been able to pick up 2 shifts for nursing. I applied with other nursing agencies with more job opportunities.

Not enough shifts/facilities, allowing favoritism and cancelling approved shifts.

Advertise next day pay, this is false. Work logs are frequently declined and you have to contact facility you worked the shift to resolve the issue. Also, was several days before wages would be paid, often having to contact before wages would be paid. Very difficult to use message help center provided, often being disconnected. Help desk employees often rude and condescending. Shifts cancelled the day of scheduled shift, scheduled shift had been approved/accepted. No other options to bid on, loss of pay. Notified so close to time of shift unable to secure another agency’s shift options. Not notified of facility with extensive Covid+ population and requirement of extensive use of PPE. When shifts were cancelled, no reason given, only it is the right of the facility. There is no guarantee you will work shifts that you bid for and were accepted.

I enjoy working for ShiftKey you have the chance to pick your own schedule They respect you and let you make as many shifts. I am a people person so I enjoy meeting new people and going places.Overall it a lovely company to work for. So get on board you will love it
