Warehouse management has No safety procedures, no wms and labor metrics, no attendance policy, management wants to hold them accountable on orders selectors production standards by guessing numbers, getting ideas from others for their own benefit, replenishment are disorganized, no efficiency, management doesn't want to change systems or add ons. They don't know how to train newly hired people but instead yell at them and treat them like stupid.
I hope the HR woke up and open their eye to the leader, supervisor and management group unfair situation.
They want the same amount of work as a full staff 10-16 let them tell it but we only had 6, revolving door they couldn't keep anyone
Depending on there ability to maintain and repair our products, and there abilities on explaining to customer how and why you made the repairs and preventable filter damages and normal were and tare .and there abilities to expane normal were and tare per product
