Very flexible…Nice people… Fun work… Overly hire… Can be good money but you have to really get out there and work… Extra money… Can be full time but not recommended

Terrible pay, and very unpredictable. Some orders are worth doing but getting them is difficult. Most orders are a waste of time, after gas you make a few dollars. Use any other app, instacart is annoying but at least you get paid and people tend to tip

I use Shipt to earn extra income. It’s easy to understand, and shop with, and the pay is really good. I can pick up a couple orders on my way home from my traditional job, or even on the weekend to make some quick cash. Love it

The concept of this company is great! Most of the money made comes from tips from happy customers. I wish more people in my area used the service so the money I made was more consistent.

My experience here has been overall very disappointing. First, I'll start with the good. The freedom to create your own schedule and which locations/zones you want to work in is nice. The app itself is very organized and easy to access and learn. That's really about it though. The negatives are what makes this experience not enjoyable at all. The support is AWFUL. They always have long wait times, very rude representatives, and their app seems to have some sort of problem or crash more often than not. The pay rate is terrible compared to similar positions and it has dropped significantly since I first started. They try to have locations for every item synced with the stores, but most of the time it is not accurate so you are running around aimlessly at times. It's also just really inconvenient to get any type of assistant as well. Pair that with the terrible customer service, the amount of times you have to reach out to get help, and the bare pay rate, it's really not worth all the trouble in the end.

Normally we mail refund checks to our clients. A client of mine’s needed a refund check asap to pay their employees. Since the client is located where I lived I offered to drop off the check off directly to them. The client was extremely grateful.
