Worked as a phlebotomist for over 2 years here. There was a little work dread just like any job, but day to day wasn't bad. But as I've moved on to different positions in labs and hospitals, I really miss working at BioLife and it being a professional but also very chill environment, and there's way more co-workers to get along with at BioLife, unlike most of healthcare arrogance out there.
Very stressed out knowing that it was going to be another day with management worried about nothing but the $$ the company was making. They hid a lot of their mistakes and didn't care about what it was doing to the moral of all the workers
I do not mind it. This has been a very good position in the company. Some other departments seem to have a LOT more stress than we have.
