Realize the #1 rating can only remain as long as your staff does. Favoring new faces over trained and seasoned employees only helps so much. Actually listen to the suggestions made by staff. Hire and promote from within. Protect your staff and not just your brand; what good is a recovery hospital that leaves its employees more injured than the patients?

People say it must be so great to work there. Truth is that it sucks.They work you to death. Better to be hourly then salaried, at least you will get compensated . CEO and Management are out of touch and do little. This place REALLY needs a union. Career dead end.
