Sales associate (Current Employee) – Independence, MO – June 7, 2014
On days where we are slow it's more cleaning and giving every customer even more attention. Management usually stays up front and the sales associate work in between the aisles. I enjoy talking with so many diverse individuals. The hardest thing on the job is truck day, because you have to try and make room to get shoes in the wall. Sometimes it's a lot of aisles and fatigue may set in.
Processor I (Former Employee) – Evansville, IN – April 24, 2018
The start of the day we had a meeting with all supervisor they would let us know what we had to run for the day and what we ran the day before. We had certain area we had to rotate in, you would either go upstairs to open boxes of shoe and put them on the conveyor, or stay down stairs and make boxes for the shoes that would coming down the conveyor. The work place was easy going and for the most part happy and fun to be there. The hardest part of the job was when they would tell us we had to go home early.
