Store Manager in Centralia, IL
on June 2, 2021
Nothing really
It’s a job. We are definitely micromanaged and it’s getting old quickly. Too much tasking, not enough time to spend providing the excellent customer serve that we all know we have
Area Manager in Indiana

Honestly this is the best company I have ever worked for. Rewarded with good pay, monthly and yearly bonuses. Different contest each month, room for advancement in the company.
Store Manager in Kohler, WI
on May 17, 2021
Not much support from upper management. They only care about sales, sales, sales. Can’t take days off because understaffed. Working 50+ hr work weeks. You have to threaten to quit to take your vacation days.
Sales Associate/Cashier in Fremont, NE
on May 5, 2021
I enjoy what I do! Looking forward to seeing my co-workers and assisting customers :) helps the time fly by. Would greatly appreciate a pay above minimum wage. Over all a great place to work.
BUA in Rice Lake, WI
on April 6, 2021
Pretty easy, gets busy every so often. Cashier is pretty self explanatory and the sales associates are nice and easy going. Stocking shoes was easy. I just didn't like the manager.
