Lack of communication or clear direction on expectations.
Lack of hours, to hard to keep help when you can only offer them one or two days.
The managers. If you have one bad day, they'll take that and run and tell other employees how lazy you are.
The management - I've heard they're not all bad, but the one I worked at was not great.

I would agree with the above answer, and add that you're required to hit goals every day. If you don't make the goal, your hours are effected, and then if you do this several times, you get written up. Too many write ups, you're gone!!
