Administrative Support (Current Employee) –  Kansas City, MOJuly 2, 2019
Poor work culture for administrative staff, a lot of pressure and high expectations and low budgets. Expected to do the work of five people and don't work overtime. You are not rewarded for your hard work but if you lack the knowledge or continue to make mistakes your are highly rewarded. They do offer great benefits and allow for some flexibility in scheduling.

Not the worst place to work
Administrative Assistant (Former Employee) –  Kansas City, MOMay 8, 2018
There is too much favoritism and good-old-boy network. Efficiency is not a job requirement in any position, and hard work seems to be frowned upon. Entirely too much waste of resources, especially people, and no concern for career progression for non attorneys.
