Pay attention to how the Category Assistant are being treated. No clear directions. Acts like you should know all the changes to be made, when not even apart of the any meetings. Order samples, no don't order, now order all December. Then order Febuary and give the vendors three weeks. Manager came back and flipped out and said they should be here and i was let go. Managers treat their workers with respect.

Employees will be more likely to stay if they feel challenged and appreciated and feeling like they are being pick on when other employees are doing the same thing they are doing and they aren't getting in trouble. The must think I see is that the managers can't tell the truth or don't have any recent for the some of their employers

Let freight team members wear comfortable attire in the summer months, instead of forcing them to wear a thick wool polo and black jeans in the 90 degree heat. Seriously, the conditions were so bad that I got physically ill and dehydrated on my very first day. Ive worked in freight for over 20 years and that has never happened to me before.

Give more money. We talk about loyalty .... yet where is the loyalty. I haven't got anything special. Better discounts. I'm a cashier and work the floor. Lots of gossip. Managers get pushy and want you to fill in hours but don't get anything in return. Not days off.
